Perkavia provides editorial content, search and comparison tools, saved items, preferences, and optional alerts. Displaying a product, trip, or service is not an offer for sale by Perkavia and does not guarantee suitability, price, availability, or savings.
We show when an offer was last checked. Prices, availability, taxes, fees, shipping, sizes, ingredients, cancellation, and returns can change afterwards. The provider's current information and terms immediately before checkout always control.
A reduction, crossed-out price, or percentage appears only when the legally required comparison basis is evidenced. A recommended retail price or old price supplied by a merchant is not automatically shown as a saving.
Some clearly labelled links are paid partner links. The operator may receive payment when you use one and complete a qualifying action with the provider. Perkavia does not charge you an additional fee for this. Perkavia does not become the seller, travel organiser, manufacturer, payment processor, or a party to your purchase or booking.

The accountless saved area is connected to one browser. Cross-device access or an email alert requires a verified email address. Alerts are evaluated only after a confirmed data refresh; real-time monitoring or delivery at a particular time is not promised.
Use Perkavia lawfully without harming its security, availability, or the rights of others. You must not bypass protected areas, perform abusive automated access, submit harmful content, impersonate another person, or copy Perkavia's original material at scale without permission.
Perkavia's original writing, layout, selection, and marks are protected under applicable law. Product names, trademarks, and approved media may belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the relevant offer. Report errors or rights concerns through the contact page.
We may correct, update, suspend, or remove content when sources change, partner rules require it, or legal and technical reasons make it necessary. Continuous or error-free availability is not promised.
Liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health remains governed by law. For a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical for the contract. Mandatory liability and consumer rights remain unaffected. Each external provider remains responsible for its service, contract performance, and data practices.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, without removing mandatory consumer protection at your habitual residence. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
